Description:
Program Director provides leadership for the prevention education program of Alternatives Pregnancy Center by casting vision for its direction, setting program objectives, and managing the execution of those objectives. Functions strategically to market and position The Diamond Standard curriculum and presentation resources of APF. Has the responsibility of advancing the goals of the APF program while maintaining the program’s connection to the work of Alternatives Pregnancy Center. As part of the overall leadership team.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and / or experience with human development, social services, or education.
Background in marketing to the education community
Public speaking.
Preferred:
Master’s degree.
Experience in formal evaluation processes, sales, customer and donor development, grant research.
Experience working with non-profit or organizational management.
Experience Needed: • Minimum of five years’ experience working with youth 14+, networking and social skills. Background in marketing to the education community
