Job Description: Patient Services Manager
COLFS Medical Clinic is a life-affirming medical practice aligned with traditional Judeo-Christian ethics. We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our team to help us deliver high-quality care and services to our patients. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for managing patient marketing initiatives, web content updates, and SEO or other strategies to attract new patients. Additionally, they will oversee patient support programs to ensure that patients receive the best possible support while in our care. The successful candidate will also communicate with our general patient population and collaborate with other medical centers, especially pregnancy resource centers.
Experience Needed: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Health Care Admin or Marketing 5 years experience in patient services or marketing in health care field.
