Creative Manager – Christian Pro Life Organization
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
TYPE: Full-Time ( Monday – Friday ) – Onsite In Plano Texas
REPORTS TO: Director of Communications
SUMMARY:
The Creative Manager serves on the Communications team and reports to the Director of Communications. This role is responsible for all things creative within the organization including written content creation, graphic design, video, print materials, website design, and social media while working with other key stakeholders to promote the vision and mission of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage key Human Coalition brands and messaging.
Oversee and review all print, digital, video, and written marketing materials.
Be an expert storyteller.
Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and how to use those to grow a brand.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional communications environment
Expert level knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to work within Premiere Pro and After Effects
Assist with social media strategy and execution.
Lead the creation of written content for email, direct mail, website, digital, and other stewardship and fundraising campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of experience in creative, design, marketing, and/or communications; emphasis in non-profit fundraising is a plus.
Proven track-record of leadership and developing creative talent.
Portfolio of experience in creative storytelling in multiple media formats
Demonstrated experience writing fundraising direct mail and digital communications a plus.
Insatiable desire to meet or exceed deadlines.
Ability to manage internal relationships to achieve concrete outcomes against set goals and objectives.
Razor sharp attention to detail
Passionate about rescuing children from abortion.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position leads the creative team which includes writers, a graphic designer, and videographer while working closely with a project manager. This role also manages some vendor and contract labor relationships.
