Description:
The Vice President of Operations provides operational leadership to the IFPC team. He or she will be responsible for executing the vision of IFPC by implementing programs, overseeing daily workflow, and managing team members. Additionally, he or she will maintain relationships with allied organizations, churches, legislators, press, and ministry supporters/donors.
Experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising development, public policy, and/or political campaigns is preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively on IFPC’s key policy issues from a Christian perspective is essential to this role.
Idaho Family Policy Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry that advances the lordship of Christ in the public square through promoting God-honoring public policy, engaging the church on cultural issues, and training statesmen to advocate biblical values.
