Status: Paid - Full Time
Description:
Provide outstanding support, education and resources to clients and patients impacted by unplanned pregnancy and/or compromised sexual health in a faith-based environment.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in related field including Psychology or Social Work.
Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Experience with vulnerable population and/or crisis counseling.
• Spanish speaking.
Skills and Attitude:
• Ability to lead and effectively implement Alternatives Pregnancy Center’s Mission and Vision.
• A well-versed understanding of current and emerging issues related to unintended pregnancy.
• An understanding and sensitivity to cultural awareness and services to a myriad of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Ability to build trust quickly with a diverse client base.
• Outstanding communications skills with a heart to connect with individuals.
• Ability to use different communication styles based on situational requirements.
• Committed to quality customer service.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage and oversee volunteers.

Part-Time $21.50-$23.50 / hour
