The Daily Caller is seeking an enterprising reporter who has a keen eye for what is interesting and what’s most important, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to get that scoop.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy news environment and turn articles around in a timely fashion. Reporters work with editors, so an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is also important.
In depth comprehension of the current political landscape is a necessity, as is a good eye for what will spark interest on social media.
Candidates should also possess competent newswriting skills, a good handle on grammar and a pathological aversion to plagiarism.
On location (DC) is required.
