Role Objective: Assist the CompassCare Patient Services Team communicate with Creole speaking patients through interpretation, providing excellent care to the abortion minded patient such that she feels understood, supported and empowered.

II. Functions
A. On call for interpreting for scheduling Creole-speaking patients
B. On call for appointment Creole interpretation needs
C. Translate documents as needed
D. Contact Creole-speaking patients by text or phone who did not show for their initial pregnancy appointment. Reschedule appointments as needed
E. Contact Creole-speaking patients by text or phone for other follow-up interactions at the request of the nurse
F. On call for follow-up interaction interpretation needs (3-way text, phone or zoom)
