Scheduling Coordinator
As an important member of the client services team you will schedule client appointments, conduct follow up phone calls to confirm client appointments, enter and review client data, create and edit spreadsheets and run reports, greet clients and assist them in completing the intake forms. Strong candidates will have an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience with 2 or more years of experience working in an office or medical clinic setting, with excellent telephone and customer services skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills, experience with databases, etc.
