Community Education Director

Description:

The Community Education Director works out of our office in Austin, Texas, under the supervision of the Executive Director to advance Texas Alliance for Life’s messages in public arenas, including public meetings, political events, church gatherings, schools, college campuses, and other opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with strong creative and administrative skills, verbal storytelling abilities, and a passion for advancing a culture of life. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, has strong organizational skills, and has experience in speech communication coaching.

Experience Needed:   Eexperience in organizing small and large events; experience in sales and marketing, including making cold calls; experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers; excellent public speaking skills.
