Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Relations Manager cultivates relationships with major donors, expands the donor base, and secures significant financial gifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manage and cultivate major donor relationships
– Network to increase the number of donors
– Meet or exceed major gift financial goals
– Expand donor base and secure major gifts
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results
– 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
– Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
– Familiarity with CRM platforms
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organization skills
– High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:
– Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
– Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
– Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
Experience Needed: Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results
