Description:
-Coordinate with leaders across the region to launch LIFE Teams (teams that fight for life in schools, universities, and cities)
-Plan, implement, and lead workshops in the region to train student leaders how to educate on the value of human life and support those in pregnancy crisis
-Lead trainings online and in person
-Lead in prayer, share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ and how to live this out in sexual integrity
-Follow up with and maintain relationships with national leaders to mentor them as they mentor the student leaders
-This is a missionary role, meaning that you will need to connect with individuals and mission partners to raise funds for the position before beginning. You will be given training and mentorship on how to support raise your salary.

Experience Needed: Alignment with our core values Passion to serve in international pro-life missions An associates or bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) Experience in student organizations Strongly preferred: experience in Christian ministry and the pro-life movement Ability to work from a home office and travel internationally with frequency Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Willingness to fundraise your salary Fluency in Spanish and English
