Description:
The Administrative Assistant is a part-time position of 32 hours per week and reports directly to the Executive Director. This position works closely with the Board President and Treasurer of the Board. It is responsible for the general administration of the office operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, reception, administrative and clerical support, supporting the Executive Director, assist with events and marketing of events, accounting, and database administrator, as well as coordinating donations and donor’s pledges.
Experience Needed: Desirted knowledge of QuickBooks (billing, expenses, revenue recognition, management of finanical records); database management; social media knowledge critical; ability to multi-task
