The employee must relate positively and Christlike to fellow staff and members of the NIFLA national network.

Responsibilities:
1. First to answer all phone calls, answering any questions possible before forwarding. Check voicemail daily.
2. Respond to emails and forward them to the relevant person or department.
3. Maintain and order office supplies
4. Take and email staff meeting notes at the weekly meeting.
5. Process incoming print and digital orders
6. Print production and shipping (course manuals, board training manuals, membership and donor mailings, brochures, various client packets, etc).
7. Filing paperwork
8. Support the membership department
9. Track and process training grants (invoicing, payment, filing, thank you notes).
10. Assist with Leadership Summit (order supplies, attend Summit, as needed)
11. Communicate with staff about upcoming conferences and ship exhibit supplies.
12. Other duties as assigned by NIFLA
Experience Needed: This position requires strong verbal communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, use of the Microsoft Office suite, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Office administrative experience preferred.
