Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented business administration director to support the day-to-day operations of Pro-Life Global. By managing legal, financial, and IT matters, this role is critical to the success of our mission to empower student leaders to save lives around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing government documents accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and document submission guidelines
- Oversee finance team members to ensure that monthly and annual financial statements are prepared accurately and on time
- Review expense reports and receipts
- Document and pay expenses and payroll
- File organization taxes and other tax related documents required by state and federal governments
- Assist in managing spreadsheets for tracking tasks, donations, events, and other key organizational data.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and organizing files.
- Help with document formatting, creating reports, and preparing presentations related to business admin and financial materials.
- Contribute to maintaining organizational systems and processes.
- Lead team calls in prayer and share the good news of Jesus in word and deed.
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
- 20 hours per week.
- Connect with individuals and mission partners to raise funds for the position (this is a fully-supported raised mission role; if accepted, you will be given training and mentorship on how to support raise your salary).
Required Qualifications:
- Alignment with our core values of Intimacy with Christ, Unity in the Body of Christ, and Spreading the Good News of Life.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
- Familiarity with various administrative software/tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems).
- Experience with IT, website management, or other technical platforms.
- Previous experience in a non-profit or volunteer-based organization.
- Experience with government regulations/documentation and finances.
