Description:
Sidewalk Advocates for Life is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day-to-day work of all staff and departments, as well as organizational systems, ensuring ministry and financial goals are met. The COO works closely with the President/CEO and Vice President to distill and implement the step-by-step process to fulfill the organization’s mission.
This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) working remotely. The entire SAFL National Team works virtually, connecting through email, internal communications platforms, and regular video/phone meetings.

Experience Needed: Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role; understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing etc.; demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development; BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MS/MBA is a plus; high level of organization, ability to multitask and manage many ongoing tasks at once; extremely detail-oriented
