SUMMARY
Reporting to the CEO, the Clinics Director will have overall operational responsibility for the oversight of clinic operations and will manage the clinic leadership staff. The Clinics Director will provide input in the strategic planning process and will implement new programmatic strategic initiatives. The Clinics Director will also provide input to the CEO in management of the operational aspects of the budget.

The Clinics Director is expected and required to:

Work in partnership with the CEO, Board of Directors, and all personnel of CPCI as necessary.

Employs the optimal number of well-matched personnel by developing, training and maintaining staff
Monitors, analyzes, and provides feedback regarding statistical data related to overall clinic performance
Addresses employee problems and concerns by maintaining proactive and responsible employee relations in order to achieve a high rate of employee satisfaction and performance
Promotes organizational and individual success through ongoing support, encouragement, empowerment, and effective teamwork to enhance staff loyalty and productivity
Oversees the collaboration of clinical and administrative clinic staff in the development of policies and procedures, programs, protocols and systems to provide an efficient and accurate patient encounter that will improve the organization’s effectiveness as well as the quality of patient outcomes
Develops and fosters collaboration inside or outside the organization to ensure an integrate approach to providing services and fulfilling the organizations clinical initiatives and objectives
Works with CEO to develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall organizational performance
Works with CEO to reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions
Communicate key information to CEO and stakeholders with respect to cost management and patient-focused services
Experience Needed: This position is similar to a lead nurse position in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a medical background with some administrative experience, as he/she will be overseeing the nurse managers and operations at each of our clinics
