Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and provide accountability to PLG departments
Oversee revenue, expenses, and business plan
Remove obstacles to the org achieving its mission
Special projects management
Mentor team members in their walk with Jesus
Be based out of the US & work remotely
Organizational Leadership:
Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals.
Lead weekly mentorship/progress calls with each of the team members under your direct leadership to ensure that personal and professional growth/goals are met.
Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO, Development Director, and Board President to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
