The Creative Director will be responsible for the overall look and feel of the organization’s visual materials. They will be a key leader in the organization, working closely with other departments to ensure that all materials are consistent and effective. This person will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of graphic design interns, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
Lead the development of all visual materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website design.
Oversee a team of graphic design interns, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that their work aligns with the organization’s branding and messaging.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all visual materials are consistent and effective.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and techniques, and bring new ideas and innovations to the organization.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience leading and mentoring a team of graphic designers is a plus
Interest in the mission and values of TeenProLifers
This is a volunteer position that will require no more than 10 hours of availability each week. The Creative Director will work remotely, but will have regular check-ins with the supervisor and team meetings.
