Director of Development Opportunity

The Legacy of Life Foundation, located in Central Bucks County, PA is actively seeking a skilled Director of Development to join our mission of saving lives and transforming families. This is an outstanding opportunity where, as a key member of our leadership team, you’ll shape a data-driven fundraising strategy, lead a dynamic development team, and exceed goals directly impacting our mission.

Knowledge and Skills for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years proven success in non-profit fundraising experience with ability to convert volunteer to donor preferred
• Day-to-day leadership, oversight, and strategic direction of donor relations (major gifts), partnerships management (church fundraising and volunteer management). donor services (gift processing, recognition, retention, and database management), project management (events and all marketing activities) to ensure overall success
• Faith-based fundraising a plus
• Organized self-starter with proven success in fundraising events, middle and monthly donor programs
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience with donor database migration and/or Mainstream donor database (CRM), such as Bloomerang a plus
• Experience with using social media to reach existing and potential donors and other key stakeholders is required.

Working Conditions:

• General working hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness. Additional hours (nights and weekends) as required to complete objectives. Attend occasional webinars and training
• Ability to work a flexible work location schedule based on donor meetings and center visits/tours and staff meetings
• Ability to travel within five counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania
• Travel to fundraising events when needed
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation with insurance coverage

We offer an exceptional total compensation package with a salary range of $90k-$100k.
