Pro-Life Global
Status: Paid – Full Time
Description:
Help Build a Movement. Strengthen a Mission. Multiply the Impact.
What if your leadership, professional experience, and passion for Christ could help equip a generation of leaders to stand for life around the world?
At Pro-Life Global, we believe lasting transformation happens when passionate individuals are equipped and empowered to make a difference. Our vision is bold: to raise up lifesavers in cities, schools, and universities around the world who will courageously stand for life and share the hope of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a Director of Mission Advancement & Operations who is inspired by this vision and eager to turn it into lasting, measurable impact. Working closely with the CEO, you will help shape the organization’s next chapter by developing sustainable fundraising strategies, cultivating meaningful ministry partnerships, strengthening operations, and building the foundation for long-term growth. This unique position combines Mission Advancement & Fundraising (50%) with Organizational Leadership & Operations (50%). We are looking for a visionary yet practical leader—someone who inspires generosity, builds meaningful relationships, brings structure to vision, and turns ideas into action. If you’re ready to use your leadership gifts, professional expertise, and heart for ministry to make a lasting difference, we invite you to join us in advancing a mission greater than ourselves.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Mission Advancement & Fundraising (50%)
Fundraising Strategy & Revenue Development
Develop and execute fundraising strategies with measurable revenue goals to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Identify and cultivate new donors, major gifts, recurring giving opportunities, and strategic ministry partnerships.
Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation, and revenue development initiatives.
Donor Relationships & Mission Partnerships
Build and steward meaningful relationships with individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations.
Communicate Pro-Life Global’s vision and impact through donor meetings, presentations, events, and personal outreach.
Strengthen donor engagement, retention, and long-term financial partnerships.
Impact Communication
Collaborate with ministry teams to gather measurable outcomes, compelling stories, and testimonies from the field
Translate ministry impact into effective donor communications, fundraising materials, and partnership updates.
2. Organizational Leadership & Operations (50%)
Leadership & Systems Optimization
Partner with the CEO to translate organizational vision and strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate organizational initiatives, strengthen accountability, and ensure effective execution of priorities.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.
Model Christ-centered servant leadership through prayer, mentorship, and encouragement in the work and the gospel.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Collaborate with ministry leaders and teams to strengthen communication, alignment, and organizational accountability.
Coordinate strategic projects, ministry reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective follow-through.
CRM & Process Management
Oversee and improve CRM systems to support accurate donor records, stewardship, and fundraising reporting.
Develop streamlined workflows, operating procedures, and systems that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Equip team members to implement consistent processes for tracking donor engagement and ministry outcomes.
COMPENSATION & MISSIONARY SUPPORT-RAISING MODEL
Target Annual Base Salary: $70,000- $75,000. This is the anticipated annual base salary for the full-time role, not a fundraising commission or a percentage of donations.
This position follows a missionary support-raising model. The selected candidate will be expected to develop a personal network of financial and prayer partners and to secure the funding required to sustain the position.
The candidate is expected to secure their base salary plus 10% for employer taxes and administration fees. The organization will separately budget and fund travel and other position expenses. Support commitments for recurring or annual gifts and a mutually agreed funding milestone must be reached before full-time employment begins.
Pro-Life Global will provide support-raising guidance, mentorship, and fundraising resources. Financial contributions are made to Pro-Life Global, which retains appropriate control over charitable funds.
Once employment begins, wages will be paid through organizational payroll in accordance with the employment agreement and applicable law; earned wages will not depend on the timing of donor receipts.
The director’s personal position-support goals are distinct from the director’s responsibilities to grow revenue for Pro-Life Global’s broader mission.
Experience Needed: Required: Strong alignment with Pro-Life Global’s Christian mission, vision, and core values; passion for international missions and the pro-life movement. Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor development, revenue generation, or nonprofit advancement. Strong operational and project management skills, including the ability to implement systems and execute priorities. Ability to cultivate relationships, communicate persuasively, and work independently in a remote, growing organization. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to develop personal financial and prayer support under a missionary support-raising model. Preferred: Three to five years of relevant nonprofit development, operations, ministry leadership, or comparable experience. Demonstrated fundraising results, including donor cultivation, campaigns, or recurring giving. Experience coordinating staff or volunteers and improving operational processes. Familiarity with CRM platforms, donor databases, and reporting. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Additional requirements: Ability to work from a home office and travel as needed.
