Donor Relations Manager (Warminster, PA)

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Relations Manager cultivates relationships with major donors, expands the donor base, and secures significant financial gifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Manage and cultivate major donor relationships
 Network to increase the number of donors
 Meet or exceed major gift financial goals
 Expand donor base and secure major gifts

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results
 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
 Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
 Familiarity with CRM platforms
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organization skills
 High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:
 Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
 Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
