Springfield Right to Life and Two Hearts Springfield Pregnancy Resource Center are faith-based, nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing compassionate, Life-affirming care to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to support, educate, and empower individuals to make informed, Life-affirming decisions. We offer free resources, including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, parenting classes, and material assistance, with a Christ-centered approach.

Springfield Right to Life and Two Hearts
Springfield Pregnancy Resource Center are seeking a passionate Executive Director to lead our organizations, providing compassionate care to those facing unplanned pregnancies.

The Executive Director will provide visionary leadership, overseeing the day- to-day operations, development, and strategic direction of the organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall administration, financial management, program development, fundraising, and community engagement. The role requires a servant-hearted leader who can communicate the mission effectively while ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization.

Qualifications and requirements include:

• Committed Christian with a deep personal faith and calling to uphold the sanctity of human life

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, social work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, preferably in a faith-based organization

• Strong fundraising experience, including donor cultivation, grant writing, and event planning

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage staff, volunteers, and budgets

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects

• Familiarity with pregnancy resource centers or pro-life ministry is a plus

• This position may require some evenings and weekends to attend meetings, events or fundraisers

• Occasional travel may be required to attend conferences or network with community partners

• A statement of faith will be required as a condition of employment
