Description:
The ED is the central employee of the organization who implements the programs, coordinates volunteers, trains, hires/fires interns, and communicates with Board of Directors and the community at large. A successful ED provides a positive, effective, professional voice and face for the organization. The ED must be knowledgeable about abortion/prolife issues and be grounded in personal Christian faith. The ED will facilitate the ongoing health, financial stability, and leadership role of SACFL in the prolife community to realize the Mission Statement: Working for God to end abortion through the power of prayer.
Experience Needed: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. • Experience participating in the prolife movement in some capacity • Strong communication skills with clear discernment in high stress situations • Strong computer skills, data processing, writing, social media, and light graphic design • Creative, confident, highly organized, ability to handle simultaneous multiple projects and meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills for retaining staff and for outreach on the sidewalk • Finance and budgeting experience preferred, but not required
