Description:
Right to Life of Louisville (RTLL) seeks a well-formed, passionate individual seeking to fight against the culture of death through education and advocacy. The Executive Director is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of programs and policies in fulfillment of RTLL’s mission to promote the dignity of every human life. The Executive Director will work with the Board of Directors to continue growing RTLL programs and influence, building out the organization’s structure and strategic plan, supervising RTLL staff, and regularly reporting to the President of the RTLL Board of Directors. This position is part-time but has the potential for full-time employment.
Experience Needed: History of pro-life advocacy; Knowledge of pro-life issues and legislation; Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing staff ; Excellent communication skills; Literacy in technology and social media; and general knowledge of business practices.
