Womankind has an immediate opening for an OH-licensed RN to serve as Director of Nursing. Founded in 1975, Womankind’s mission is to provide hope, help and possibility to any pregnant woman by offering comprehensive and integrative services in a loving, nonjudgmental environment.
Responsibilities:
• Directing all medical-related tasks and responsibilities needed to continue our 48-year history of providing free prenatal care for Ohio women seeking our support through the first two trimesters of their pregnancies
• Managing volunteer staff of medical professionals weekly
• Working collaboratively with Womankind’s volunteer Medical Director
Requirements:
*Ohio-licensed RN
• 5+ years OB-experience and phlebotomy skills
• Previous experience managing a team preferred
• Microsoft Outlook comfortable, minimum Excel and Word literacy
• Agrees to work guided by Womankind philosophy
• High-level communication, organization and leadership skills
• Must be a team player
• Able and willing to work with an interdisciplinary approach related to all work tasks and plans of care for every patient
Hours:
• Monday Clinic hours provide for late start at 1pm, finish when done seeing patients, typically by 7pm
• Tuesday-Friday hours between 9am-4pm
• Full time preferred, but negotiable
