Job Description:
-Coordinate with leaders across the region to launch LIFE Teams (teams that fight for life in schools, universities, and cities)
-Plan, implement, and lead workshops in the region to train student leaders how to educate on the value of human life and support those in pregnancy crisis
-Lead trainings online and in person
-Lead in prayer, share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ and how to live this out in sexual integrity
-Follow up with and maintain relationships with national leaders to mentor them as they mentor the student leaders
-Connect with individuals and mission partners to raise funds for the position (this is a fully-supported raised mission role; if accepted, you will be given training and mentorship on how to support raise your salary)
-Full-time; applicants interested in a part-time role will also be considered

Requirements:

-An associates or bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
-Experience in student organizations
-Strongly preferred: experience in the pro-life movement
-Ability to work from a home office and travel internationally with frequency
-Strong communication skills
-Willingness to fundraise your salary
-Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience Needed: Candidates should align with our core values and demonstrate a passion for serving in international pro-life missions. They should hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or possess equivalent experience, and have a background in student organizations. Experience in the pro-life movement is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate can work effectively from a home office and travel internationally on a frequent basis. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to fundraise for their salary. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
