Description:
We are looking for a ministry-minded woman or couple who aligns with our mission and vision to serve as live-in staff in our maternity home in the Madison, WI area. House supervisor must be willing to live on site in an attached apartment. Housing and some meals are free in addition to compensation. Characteristics we are looking for include:
- Model Christian values and lifestyles daily. Encourage moms to pursue personal relationships with Christ.
- Provide a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Assist moms with programming requirements including transportation, problem solving, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and teach life skills
- Ability to love, nurture and equip diverse groups of women and children.
- Commitment to the growth and stability of emotional, physical, financial and spiritual health of women and children.
- Must be at least 26 years of age to apply.
