Pro-Life Global

Status: Paid - Full Time

Description:

Passionate about empowering the next generation to save lives and grow in their walk with Jesus? Called to international missions? Love to travel? Ready for a courageous adventure? This might just be the position for you. This full-time remote missionary role involves overseeing and implementing training events across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe while recruiting Christian high school and college students to join a global mission to save lives. Responsibilities include leading outreach at Christian youth and mission conferences in the U.S. and internationally, mentoring local leaders in their faith and leadership development, and equipping the next generation through education on the value of human life and support for unexpected pregnancies. The role also includes building relationships with mission-aligned organizations, denominational leaders, and partners to advance the mission and raise financial support, as well as leading prayer, discipling team members, and sharing the gospel at training events. As a missionary position, candidates will receive training and mentorship to raise the financial support needed for their salary before beginning the role. Our Core Values: 1. Intimacy with Jesus. We aim to put Christ at the center of our lives by spending time in the Word, worship and prayer, and fervently seek to follow God. 2. Unity in the Body of Christ. We strive to be ecumenical, aligning ourselves with the Bible and creating a thriving community that values authenticity and integrity. 3. Spread the Good News of LIFE. We are bold, brave and compassionate team members sacrificially focused on sharing the truth of life, and serving those we walk beside with the grace and humility of Christ. To be considered for this opportunity, please send a cover letter and resume to [email protected]

Experience Needed:   The ideal candidate aligns with our core values and demonstrates a strong passion for serving in international pro-life missions. They should be able to work from a home office while traveling frequently within the U.S. and internationally (about once or twice a month), and bring a strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, along with clear and effective written, verbal, interpersonal, and public communication. A minimum of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required, along with involvement in student organizations and preferably prior experience with a pro-life or Christian student-focused nonprofit. Experience in the pro-life movement is strongly preferred. The role also requires a willingness to fundraise one’s salary prior to starting the position.
