The Partnership Cultivation Assistant provides part-time, entry-level support to the outbound sales team by handling day-to-day support tasks like outreach, scheduling, data updates, and campaign preparation. This 6 month pilot position is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and is eager to learn how outreach, sales support, and campaigns work inside a mission-driven organization.
By taking care of important behind-the-scenes work, this position helps the team stay organized, reach more people, and run campaigns smoothly, so leaders can focus on building relationships and closing partnerships. This is a learning-focused role with clear responsibilities, coaching, and the opportunity to grow skills that can lead to more responsibility over time.
Experience Needed: 1 year sales/customer service.
