Description:
Job Title: Partnership Coordinator
Core responsibilities include successfully executing parish Baby Bottle drives. In addition, but not limited to:
• Recruiting, vetting, and onboarding volunteers in various aspects of the mission
• Deliver development speeches
• Scheduling and staffing Women’s Center tours to encourage donations
• Being present or on call for Baby Bottle drives and to handle inquiries and day of event activities
• Maintain inventory of bottle drive materials
• Customize and edit bottle drive materials and coordinate delivery of the materials to the parishes
• Participate in Legacy of Life Foundation events to help promote financial giving and volunteer activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree a plus or related work experience
Strong desire to work in non-profit fundraising, focused on executing fundraising events along with general administrative duties
A passion for the pro-life movement
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Google docs and email
Knowledge of mainstream donor database (CRM) such as Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, Stripe, a plus
General working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:55am-5:00pm with limited absences/tardiness.
Ability to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required. Ability to travel within the five counties of Southeastern PA.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation with insurance coverage
