Pro-Life Global Executive VP Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and provide accountability to PLG departments
• Oversee revenue, expenses, and business plan
• Remove obstacles to the org achieving its mission
• Special projects management
• Mentor team members in their walk with Jesus
• Be based out of the US

Organizational Leadership

• Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals.
• Lead weekly mentorship/progress calls with each of the team members under your direct leadership to ensure that personal and professional growth/goals are met.
• Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO, Development Director, and Board President to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
