Pro-Life Action Ministries is seeking a passionate, organized, and mission-driven Program Director to help lead and expand our outreach, education, and advocacy efforts. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a heart for ministry, and a commitment to building a culture of life within churches and communities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead and coordinate pro-life ministry programs, events, educational initiatives, and outreach campaigns.
• Recruit, encourage, and support volunteers and community partners.
• Represent the ministry at churches, conferences, rallies, and public events.
• Build relationships with pastors, churches, community leaders, and pro-life organizations.
• Collaborate with ministry leadership to advance strategic goals and respond to emerging needs.
• Help foster a professional, Christ-centered, and mission-focused ministry environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commitment to the sanctity of human life and alignment with Christian values.
• Active involvement in a local Christian church community.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including public speaking ability.
• Experience in ministry, nonprofit leadership, volunteer coordination, advocacy, or program management preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse churches, volunteers, and community partners.

Position Details
This is a full-time exempt position that includes ministry leadership, community engagement, local travel, and participation in occasional evening and weekend events.

Experience Needed:   • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Experience in nonprofit ministry, community organizing, advocacy, volunteer coordination, or program management preferred. • Demonstrated involvement in pro-life advocacy or related ministry work strongly preferred.
