Senior Videographer/Editor

For anyone who loves video production and pro-life evangelization, this is a dream job! Healing the Culture is hiring a Senior Videographer/Editor who will be responsible for organizing and managing our equipment and green screen sound stage studio, and will work directly with our President and Creative Director, Camille Pauley. Duties include putting together storyboards and shot-lists; assembling and managing crew and talent; set design, studio set-up and operation of cameras, lights, and audio equipment; directing shoots; post-production; and project storage and backups. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. There may be occasional travel for off-site shoots at events.

Success in this role requires:
— Proficiency in media production, electronic media, film, TV, or related field, plus at least 5 years experience in the field.
— In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, must have strong work history and extensive, successful experience in the creative video production field.
— Excellent organization, communication, and people skills.
— Strong ability to manage people and work with teams.
— Professional, polite, positive, respectful, and courteous demeanor and appearance.
— High level of personal responsibility, integrity, and morals.

Note that this position is full-time and onsite. It cannot be done remotely.
