Join the Pro-Life Action Network (PLAN) this Spring semester and contribute to the Pro-Life Movement by assisting in sharing Pro-Life Events with a wider audience. PLAN is dedicated to becoming the go-to platform for connecting pro-lifers with events, organizations, and the pro-life movement in general. Role Overview:
As a Spring Semester Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping maintain the current website while building out a project that will take our website to another level.
PLAN is currently a small and flexible team based out of the greater Pennsylvania area. We would love to hear more about you and answer any questions you might have!
Requirements:
– Spring Semester Availability: Commit to the internship for the duration of the spring semester, approximately January to May.
– Time Commitment: Allocate approximately 10 hours per week for internship-related tasks.
– Computer and Mobile Skills: As the internship is fully remote, proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and standard office software is essential.
– Web Development Savvy: While prior website experience is a plus, we welcome passionate individuals eager to learn and contribute to our cause.
– Pro-Life Advocacy: A strong commitment to the pro-life movement and a genuine passion to make a positive impact on society.
Responsibilities:
– Website Updates: Keep our website current by adding new events and organizations that align with the pro-life movement.
– Website Project: The majority of your time will be spent on helping build a not yet launched project intended to take our website to the next level by building out the most comprehensive database in the country of pro-life volunteer opportunities.
– Weekly Meetings: Attend weekly meetings with the supervisor/PLAN leadership to discuss progress, address queries, and set achievable goals.
