ABOUT THE MINISTRY
Unplanned Stories is a pro-life ministry that encourages men and women to choose life, one pro-life story at a time. We publish pro-life stories to reach expectant parents online and run campaigns to support them as they navigate their unplanned pregnancy. WEB DESIGNER
This volunteer position is remote and open to anyone living in the U.S. Current college students and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. It’s perfect for candidates who are looking to expand their portfolios and gain experience in the pro-life movement. The expected time commitment is 5-10 hours per week. There is a lot of flexibility regarding the volunteers’ schedules and time commitment. These positions are year-round, which means volunteers can serve however long they are willing. Since this is a pro-life ministry, we require volunteers to be Christians.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Christian.
Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects.
Experience using WordPress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for designing our website’s layout and aesthetics that align with our ministry’s identity.
Ensure our website’s pages are mobile-friendly, user-friendly and SEO-optimized.
Develop and maintain web pages as our ministry’s needs grow.
Provide regular reports about our website’s analytics.
