General Summary and Job Brief:
Women’s Health Week (WHW) is a 5-day program designed to bring awareness of the beauty of women’s bodies and their natural biological functions. This program will serve as a wholistic health approach as the alternative to the typical college campus attitudes and conversations around sex and women’s health. The Women’s Health Week Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of the entire Women’s Health Week Program.

**Motivated: This position requires a determined and bold, yet humble, individual to oversee the planning and execution of the program from start to finish
**Leader: This role requires a strong sense of leadership, organization, attention to detail, efficiency, and communication skills in order to work with our campus coordinators and ambassadors
**Agile Emotional Intelligence and Expert Level Communication with Authenticity: This person will work with a variety of campus coordinators, ambassadors, volunteers, and others in the fields of academia, healthcare, and administration. Therefore, the ability to read others’ emotions, communication styles, and body language, and the ability to adapt his or her own communication to effectively build relationships, is a must.
**Project Management experience a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
**Market for, interview, vet, and approve potential pilot campuses
**Work with Executive Team to determine requirements for what would make a successful pilot campus
**Work with and oversee Women’s Health Week Campus Coordinators and Ambassadors in carrying out the daily WHW activities and events
**Assist Coordinators and Ambassadors in finding appropriate local experts to serve as speakers and references for students
**Ensure all campus coordinators, ambassadors, volunteers, and local experts are properly trained on and fully aligned with the Guiding Star Mission and are able to properly represent Guiding Star on their campus
**Train campus coordinators and ambassadors–some travel may be required
**Ensure all materials are updated and on-brand; partner with the Vice President of Worldview if updates are needed
**Order, assemble, and ship materials to pilot campuses
**Assist pilot campuses in coordination and execution of their WHW Events
**Gather feedback from pilot campuses to improve upon and further develop WHW activities and materials
**Expand WHW for future campuses after the pilot phase is completed
**Serve as a champion for wholistic women’s healthcare and the Guiding Star worldview
Experience Needed: We are seeking a mission-driven, motivated leader with agile emotional intelligence and expert-level communication skills. Project management experience is a plus.
